COMPETITION THEME

What is Cyber Wellness?

As Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) become increasingly integrated into our daily lives, they provide instant connectivity and access to vast amounts of information. However, the open nature of the Internet can also expose students to harmful content and negative influences.

Cyber Wellness, a key component of Character and Citizenship Education (CCE), focuses on promoting students’ well-being as they explore the digital world. Our curriculum is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills to use ICT positively, maintain a respectful and responsible online presence, and ensure their safety in cyberspace.

The 3 Key Messages of Cyber Wellness:

1 – Embrace the benefits of technology while balancing online and offline activities.
2 – Be a safe, responsible, and positive user of technology.
3 – Take responsibility for your personal well-being in the digital world.
